Make a payment

Pay your credit card, mortgage, or home equity loan at the ATM. Here's how:

Make a payment by transferring money

1. Insert your Chase debit card and enter your PIN
2. Choose Main menu and then More…
3. Choose Pay bills
4. Choose the amount you want to pay and the checking account to transfer from
5. Choose an amount to pay or enter a specific payment amount
6. Tap Pay it and how you would like your receipt

Make a credit card payment with cash

1. Insert your Chase credit card and tap Don't have your PIN
2. Enter your ZIP code and choose Pay with Cash
3. See your Balance and Minimum payment due
4. Insert cash in any denomination and the machine will count it for you
5. Decide how you want your receipt
