Can I look up paperless statements from previous months? How far back can I access previous statements?
Yes, you can securely access up to 7 years of statements depending on the account type.
On chase.com:
- Click on the Main Menu symbol in the top left corner of your dashboard and choose "Statements & documents".
- Choose the year and account and click the Open or Save icon to the right of each statement.
In the Chase Mobile® app:
- Click on the "Profile & Settings" icon in the top right corner.
- Select "Statements & documents" within Document manager.
- Click on "Statements", select your account and then the year and statement to open as a PDF.
Will the paperless statements include information for all of my Chase accounts?
No, it'll only include the information for the account listed on the statement.
How do I go back to receiving mailed statements?
You can update your preferences at any time by going back into your paperless settings in your Chase Mobile® app or when you've signed into chase.com.
On chase.com:
- Click on the "Profile & Settings" icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Select the "Customize settings" link under "Account Settings".
- Under "Paperless settings", deselect the document types that you want to receive as printed statements and click "Save" at the bottom.
In the Chase Mobile® app:
- Click on the "Profile & Settings" icon in the top right corner.
- Select the "Settings" tab and open the "Account settings" dropdown.
- Choose "Paperless", then deselect the document types that you want to receive as printed statements and click "Save" at the bottom.
