    Discounted cash flow = CF / (1 + r)n

    Wherein:

    CF = Cash flow for a given year

    r = Discount rate

    n = Number of years in the future

    This formula can then be used to calculate multiple years by adding them together: 

    DCF = CF1/(1+r)1 + CF2/(1+r)2 + CFn/(1+r)n

    CF1 = Cash flow for year one

    CF2 = Cash flow for year two

    CFn = Cash flow for additional years
