ACH Payments and Collections:Troubleshoot Nacha™ file error: Your batch has an ineligible or is missing a Chase account.
When you upload a Nacha file, you may get an error message that your batch has an ineligible or is missing a Chase account. You can correct the error by adding a Chase funding account during the file upload. Here's how:
- Click "Add account" to choose an account for your uploaded file
- Under Chase Account, choose an account
- Click "Next"
- Click "Submit"
- You've successfully added a Chase funding account to your Nacha file
