If you haven’t received your Welcome Letter and first statement yet, you can call us at 1-800-336-6675.
To sign up for online account access, go to chase.com or the Chase Mobile® app and follow instructions by choosing “Enroll now.” You’ll need your auto account number.
Please contact us using the Secure Message Center or by calling us at 1-877-242-7372. Explain that you already have a Chase profile and can’t see your new Auto account online.
