One option is our extended-term rate lock that floats down if rates lower, plus we offer a wide variety of mortgage terms and rates to help meet your client's needs. A range of products and programs for new-construction clients
Rate types
Fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages are available for a variety of terms depending on the type and length of loan.
Loan choices
Your clients can choose from a variety of mortgages, from conventional to jumbo (portfolio), Federal Housing Administration, (FHA) or Veterans Affairs (VA) loans.
Extended-term rate lock
This protects the client and you from interest rate increases for up to 12 months. Fees may apply.
Rate cap option
This secures the interest rate for up to one year with an option to float down the rate if market conditions become favorable. Fees may apply.
Escrow holdback
This enables your clients to complete the purchase of their home while the builder is still in the final stages of construction.
Internal condo project approval group
Our specialized project underwriters focus on condo approvals and ensure that all lending opportunities are pursued, including jumbo, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and more.
